France’s 300 MW Cestas solar plant inaugurated

Apple to Power 100% of Singapore Operations With Solar Energy

Apple’s operations in Singapore will be completely solar powered by January 2016. Solar energy developer Sunseap Group announced that it will partner with Apple to supply all of its energy needs from solar systems atop more than 800 buildings in Singapore.

UK Solar Electricity Sees 153% Growth In 1 Year

Solar energy generation surged by around 153% over the last year in the UK, based on the most recent figures from the analyst company EnAppSys — with average daily electricity generation being around 1.37 gigawatts (GW) during the second quarter of 2015.
